What time is check-in?

If you have booked your stay with us as a member of Cityroomz Select, you benefit from free early check-in from 1pm. For non-Select members, our standard check-in time is from 3pm.

What time is check-out?

If you have booked your stay with us directly as a Cityroomz Member, you benefit from a free 1-hour late check-out by 12pm, otherwise our standard check-out time is by 11am.

Do you have any car parking?

Cityroomz customers may receive a discounted parking rate at Castle Terrace Car Park, just 3 minute walk from the hotel. Open Monday-Sunday: 24 Hours, for £13.50 per night (24hrs) You will need to show Reception your parking ticket for them to validate and add an additional discount.

Can I store my luggage at the hotel?

Yes, we can securely store your luggage free of charge. If you’re arriving early or need us to hold your luggage so that you can head out hands-free on your last day, just drop them off with our reception team.

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel your booking without penalty at any time until 11am on the day prior to arrival, unless otherwise stated on your confirmation. Late cancellations, i.e. after 11am on the day prior to arrival, we reserve the right to charge the first nights’ accommodation rate for each room cancelled. This will be charged to the credit or debit card used to guarantee the reservation. Any request to cancel a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation confirmation or cancellation reference number. Until you do so, your booking will still be considered valid and cancellation penalties may be incurred. If you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation or cancellation reference number please ensure you contact us without delay.
