Cityroomz hotels coronavirus (COVID-19) update - temporary closure notice

Cityroomz Hotels has removed all of its hotels from sale, with immediate effect, until April 30, 2020.
This is in response to the government’s request to close hotels.
We must do everything possible to help our NHS, emergency services and government in the fight against Coronavirus.
We will continue to follow government advice and review this dynamic situation on an ongoing basis.
Cityroomz Hotels will continue to provide updates on its website, blog and social media channels.
We appreciate that this is a difficult and unsettling time for all our guests.
We are reviewing our policies to help you with increased flexibility, so you can manage your existing and new bookings.

We recognise these are unprecedented times and have provided additional flexibility to our cancellation terms & conditions for booking made up to and including Sunday 31 May 2020.
The frequently asked questions and answers below will help, and we will do our utmost to provide a suitable solution to your booking/cancellation request.
can I move my booking to a future date?
You can move your booking to a future date.
Our hotels are temporarily closed until April 30, which we are reviewing on an ongoing basis.
Our booking channels are now open for Autumn and Winter stays in Cardiff, Newcastle, Dundee and Edinburgh.
can I amend or cancel my booking, what should I do?
If you have booked on a Flexible rate, then you can cancel your booking in line with our standard cancellation policy up to 2pm on the day of arrival.
The terms and conditions of our Advance Purchase rates clearly state that they cannot be refunded and amended, however, due to the current exceptional circumstances, we are changing the terms and conditions of our Advance Purchase rates to help as many people as possible.
If you have booked an Advanced Purchase rate you can change your booking/stay date by contacting the hotel direct via email or phone.

I have booked via booking.com, Expedia or an online travel/booking agent, what should I do?
